No public install counter on the App Store card. We did not invent one.

The Battle of Polytopia closes our Strategy Session stack. The US star average sits third at 4.6, and the turn-based map loop is how we end a hopper evening when we still want planning on the board after Sky’s atmosphere and SNAP’s short rounds. On our small desk this card is the “one more map” seat — lighter than Sky to install, slower than SNAP to resolve, and honest about a thinner rating sample than the two titles above it.

  1. Check the Strategy Session passport on the App Store

On 22 October 2026 the card showed 4.6 stars from 15,513 ratings, Age 9+, Free with in-app purchases, size roughly 224.7 MB, iOS 15.0+, version 2.17.3 updated 7 September 2026, developer Midjiwan AB, bundle com.felixrum.supertribes, app id 1006393168. Strategy and Adventure chips match the turn-based territory loop we associate with this seat on the hopper. We do not rename those chips; we only group the evening under our Strategy Session label.

The rating pool is smaller than Sky’s 267,781 and SNAP’s 137,103. We keep that visible on purpose so the 4.6 average is not treated as the same sample weight as the lead cards. No public install counter appears on the App Store listing, and we refuse to invent one. Size near 224.7 MB makes Polytopia the lightest download on our three-card hopper, which matters when Sky’s ~2.99 GB already strained a shared device earlier in the week.

  2. Run the Strategy Session as turns, not a sprint

After the store install, we open a map with the expectation of tech choices and territory rather than a single-round snap. That is the contrast with MARVEL SNAP on our list, and it is why Polytopia rarely opens a fragmented night — it wants a stretch where turn order can breathe. We do not publish tribe rankings or win-rate charts here; those would be invented desk colour. We stick to how the listing’s Strategy / Adventure framing lines up with a patient Strategy Session.

In-app purchases appear on the card. We treat them as a store fact, not a recommendation to buy anything. Age 9+ sits beside the version line on our sticky. If your build number differs from 2.17.3, or if the update date moved past 7 September 2026, the App Store is the source of truth. Our check date freezes the passport we used for the hopper rank; it does not freeze the live listing forever.

  3. Place Polytopia for the right Strategy Session mood

It suits players who like turn order, map control, and a win condition that unfolds across a sitting. It is a weaker fit when the room wants pure social wandering without a board to claim — Sky covers that better on our hopper. It is also a weaker fit when someone only has ten minutes and needs a match that ends on a timer; SNAP is the card we keep for that cut. Rank remains third by star average even when Polytopia is the title we enjoy most on a given evening.

What it is not: a free title without IAP on the card, a game with a public App Store install counter, a binary we ship from fixmixgames.com, or an endorsement from Midjiwan AB or Apple. We are independent. What to expect: a lighter download than Sky, a turn-based Strategy Session, and facts locked to 22 October 2026 unless the store moves the lines again.

When you leave the hopper, install on the App Store. We present the listing and our notes only. Store and app names belong to their owners.
